At Upscope, we build tools that help sales and support teams deliver smarter, faster customer experiences. In this role, you’ll focus on marketing HelloScreen: instant screen sharing built to help sales teams close deals over the phone.

We’re looking for someone who can create short-form videos for LinkedIn and YouTube that speak directly to sales leaders in a way that feels smart, relevant, and a little more fun than your average B2B SaaS fluff.

To do this well, you’ll need real context on the sales world. Whether you’ve sold before or just know the space cold, the job is knowing what kinds of challenges sales leaders face, what gets their attention, and how to turn it all into content that drives action.

If you're confident on camera, love moving quickly, and know how to turn rough ideas into finished content without a lot of handholding, we want to meet you!

Location: Brickell, Miami (you must be able to commute into the office 4 days a week)

Salary: $55.000 - $65.000 per annum (depending on experience)

Main responsibilities

  • Come up with content ideas and turn them into short-form videos that are fast to make and ready to post in days, not weeks

  • Be both creator and talent: film yourself, direct a teammate, overlay some screen recordings - whatever gets the job done

  • Edit videos so they feel modern and native to LinkedIn/YouTube Shorts, where pacing, captions, and hooks matter more than big productions

  • Create a mix of short-form video content: new feature showcases, LinkedIn ads, user stories, quick sales tips, startup life behind-the-scenes, etc.

  • Keep our content pipeline full and organised by tracking what’s in progress, what's blocked, and what’s coming up next

  • Experiment with AI tools to create videos and make your workflow faster, smarter, and more creative

  • Work in a scrappy environment where good and fast is better than slow and perfect

About you

  • You’ve made short-form videos for a SaaS product, startup, or your own audience

  • You understand how sales teams think, even if you’ve never carried a quota

  • You’re comfortable taking a rough idea and turning it into something real without waiting for perfect inputs

  • You’re confident on camera and can speak to decision-makers without sounding like you’re pitching

  • Even if you’re not an editing pro, you can piece together clips and audio into a clean, watchable video

  • You're interested in what makes short-form content perform on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube

  • You’re curious about AI and always looking for new ways to make videos sharper and cooler

Bonus points

  • You’ve built your own personal brand or channel by making content for a sales or business-minded audience

  • You’ve created LinkedIn content that got the right decision makers to sign up, book a demo, or ask for more

  • You can show us videos where you've spoken directly to sales or revenue leaders
