What to expect in the role

  • Lead Generation: Identifying and cultivating potential sales leads through networking, emails, cold calling, using CRM databases, and market research.

  • Product Demos: Delivering demonstrations of products to customers and prospects.

  • Client Management: Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients and closing sales deals to meet revenue targets.

  • Market Analysis: Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.

  • Sales Strategy: Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

  • Reporting: Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

About you

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales (1-3 years), especially in the SaaS industry, is highly valued. Ideally you're an individual with experience selling support, live chat, screen sharing or related software as Upscope integrates with live chat and support tools, and competes in the screen sharing space.

  • If you’ve been an early hire for sales at a SaaS company and enjoyed that experience then that’s a massive bonus!

  • You're capable of selling to small, medium and enterprise as we get a range of companies signing up. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product value to customers.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals with favourable terms.

  • Relationships: Ability to maintain strong and positive relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.

  • Self-Motivation: High level of initiative and self-motivation to achieve sales targets.

    *This role is based out of our Miami office in Brickell, and requires commuting to the office at least four times a week. Full US work authorisation is essential*
