If you are located in any location other than Miami, Florida, please apply only if you are willing to relocate. This is a hybrid role with the majority of the time spent in the office (4 out of 5 times a week). Applicants are still required to be in Miami.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers. Your days will be spent onboarding them, setting up their Upscope accounts to ensure that they're successful in their usage, and building and nurturing relationships. You will also work closely with our Sales team, helping with renewals and expansions of accounts. 

Responsibilities:

🌟 Manage the onboarding process for new customers: Be the welcoming face of Upscope as you guide new customers through the onboarding journey.

🚀 Drive adoption of Upscope products: Help our customers harness the full potential of our amazing products and watch their businesses thrive!

👩‍⚕️ Monitor customer health scores and usage: Keep an eye on our customers' health and usage, ensuring they are getting the best experience possible.

💼 Assist the sales team with renewals and expansions: Team up with our Sales crew to secure renewals and expand our customer base.

📞 Follow up with customers as the main point of contact: You'll be their go-to person for questions, support, feedback, and sharing exciting updates.

📉 Monitor churn data: Keep an eye on churn data and help us understand why some customers might decide to part ways.

🗣️ Collect feedback: Gather valuable feedback from customers to help us continuously improve our products and support.

About you

Some must-haves:

🤝 Strong relationship-building skills: You're a pro at nurturing positive relationships with clients and teammates.

🔍 1-2 years of customer-facing experience: You've had some experience in customer-facing roles and are ready to explore even further.

💻 Proficiency in using new software: You're a tech-savvy individual who quickly grasps and adapts to new technology.

🧐 Curious and open-minded: You love learning and exploring new ideas.

🌪️ Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changes that happen

🗣️ Fluent in English: Both written and spoken, you communicate like a champ and are able to deliver ideas clearly.

🗂️ Organizational skills: Keeping things in order is your second nature.

💡 Innovative problem-solving skills: You bring creative solutions to the table.

Some nice-to-haves:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree: While not mandatory, it's always a plus!

💬 Experience with live chat software: If you know your way around Intercom, LiveChat, or similar tools, that's a bonus.

🏢 B2B experience: Experience in a business-to-business environment is a nice touch.

🌐 Experience in a hybrid environment: Familiarity with working in a hybrid office/remote setup is a plus.
