Join Upscope as our newest Account Executive, and take full ownership of inbound deals, customer relationships, and renewals in a growing SaaS team.

Upscope makes cobrowsing software that helps support and sales teams see and guide customers through their screen in real time - no downloads required. This role is focused on UserView, our product for support and onboarding teams.

Location: Soho, London (office based)
Compensation: £29.000 - £34.000 base + commission + benefits

We’re looking for an Account Executive to take ownership of inbound sales and build genuine, long-term relationships with our customers. You’ll handle deals from the very first conversation through to close, and continue working with customers after they sign up - supporting renewals, spotting expansion opportunities, and making sure they’re getting real value.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role in a growing SaaS company. It’s not about hard selling - it’s about understanding problems, giving honest advice, being responsive, and making good commercial decisions.

A note on working hours: Because a significant part of our customer base is in the US, you'll need flexibility on working hours - expect a few calls or demos in the evening each week. We work around this as a team and you'll have flexibility during the day to balance it out.

Main responsibilities

Sales & New Business

  • Own lead generation and qualification
    Spot the right people, start conversations, and move them through to booked demos. You’ll take ownership of turning interest into real opportunities.

  • Run discovery calls and product demos
    Lead engaging, tailored demos that focus on real customer problems, not just features. You’ll guide prospects from curiosity to clear value.

  • Negotiate and close deals
    Own the sales conversation end-to-end. Handle objections confidently, navigate pricing discussions, and close deals that make sense for both the customer and Upscope.


Account Management

  • Build and grow client relationships
    Be the person customers trust. You’ll stay close to accounts, build strong relationships, and make sure they’re happy, supported, and sticking around.

  • Own the onboarding experience
    Take full ownership of getting new customers set up for success. You’ll be the friendly face that ensures a smooth, confident start.

  • Monitor customer health and engagement
    Keep a close eye on usage and engagement. Spot risks early, step in when needed, and make sure customers are getting real value from Upscope.

  • Be the main point of contact
    Act as the go-to person for your accounts - handling questions, sharing updates, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.


Customer & Internal Collaboration

  • Provide customer support
    Respond to inbound queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clear, timely support (we use Intercom). You’ll help keep the customer experience smooth and frustration-free.

  • Gather and share customer feedback
    Listen closely, ask the right questions, and feed insights back to the team. You’ll play a key role in shaping product improvements and overall experience.

About you

  • 1-2 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or a hybrid role

  • Comfortable owning customer relationships from start to finish

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Commercially minded, but genuinely focused on long-term customer value

  • Organised, proactive, and happy juggling a few things at once

  • Comfortable with occasional evening calls to accommodate our US customer base

  • Happy working in a small, scrappy team where you'll need to figure things out as you go

  • Comfortable getting to grips with a technical SaaS product and explaining it clearly to non-technical audiences

  • Experience with CRM or support tools (Intercom experience is a bonus)
